Verizon is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to lead investigations across wireline and wireless systems within Cyber Security. You will manage multiple work streams, perform root cause analyses, and liaise with Executive Relations Teams. Some after-hours coverage may be required.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven threat analysis, and continuous adaptation to evolving threat landscapes within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience (required).
• Six+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work, military, or training.
• Solid understanding of wireless and wireline systems, security, and account protection.
• Proven experience in fraud investigations, security, risk management, or threat operations.
• Ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and identify anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex operational anomalies, fraud patterns, and security threats across wireline and wireless systems.
• Provide security support for sensitive account requests and manage high-visibility escalations.
• Review daily security events to identify suspicious behavior and analyze large data sets.
• Manage multiple complex projects and investigative work streams with timely deliverables.
• Collaborate across Cyber Security, Corporate Security, Ethics and Investigations and other units.
• Adapt to rapid changes in systems and processes, exploring AI integration.
