Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to join our Cyber Security team in a role that investigates complex security threats across wireline and wireless accounts. You will manage multiple critical work streams, perform root cause analyses, and serve as a security liaison to Executive Relations Teams.

The position requires after-hours coverage and a strong background in fraud investigations, risk management, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required.
• Solid understanding of wireless and wireline systems, operational workflows, and account security.
• Proven experience in fraud investigations, security, risk management, or threat operations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and isolate system outliers.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive investigations into operational anomalies, fraud patterns, and security threats.
• Partner with Executive Relations to support sensitive account requests and escalations.
• Oversee account protections including SIM lock and port freeze.
• Review daily security events to identify suspicious behavior and patterns.
• Manage multiple complex projects and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate across Cyber Security, Corporate Security, Ethics and Investigations.
