Job summary

Verizon is seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager to join our Cyber Security team in the United States. You will investigate complex operational, security, and fraud threats across wireline and wireless systems, manage multiple work streams, and translate findings into actionable security solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in fraud investigations, security or threat operations.
• Solid understanding of wireless and wireline systems, operational workflows and account security.
• Proven ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and isolate system outliers.

Responsibilities

• Deep-Dive Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: investigate complex operational anomalies, fraud patterns and security threats.
• Account Support & Communication: work with Executive Relations to provide security support and manage high-visibility escalations.
• Data & Pattern Analysis: review security events to identify suspicious behavior and detect emerging threats.
• Project & Work Stream Management: manage multiple investigations with timely deliverables and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: build relationships across Cyber Security, Corporate Security, and other teams.
• Process & System Adaptation: adapt to changing systems and consider AI enhancements in daily operations.
