Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert to lead E2E SLP services across business units. The role reports to the SLP Cluster Manager and requires managing investigations, security partnerships, and risk mitigation.

The position supports 24/7 operations, may travel up to 50% regionally, and involves high-impact security initiatives. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience implementing metric-based strategies using continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience in physical security systems maintenance/implementation and coordinating scope with security vendors.
• Operational experience in risk management, audit, data analytics, inventory control, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Monitor systems and tools to report data-driven opportunities for site/region improvements.
• Manage confidential investigations and prepare reports of theft, fraud, and workplace incidents.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Liaise with leadership on security issues, strategies, and performance.
