Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Expert to lead End-to-End SLP services across assigned operations. The role reports to the SLP Cluster Manager and involves managing investigations, data-driven risk reduction, and collaboration with stakeholders across units. It requires flexibility for 24/7 shifts and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant professional or military experience.
• 2+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and perform root cause analysis to define mitigating actions while ensuring legal/ethical standards.
• Monitor and report outcomes for systems/tools that indicate regional opportunities.
• Manage confidential investigations and prepare reports of theft, fraud, and workplace incidents.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance security processes and efficiency.
• Liaise with leadership, act as security/ crisis management SME, inform on key issues and performance.
• Coordinate with internal customers and vendors on security needs, incident response planning, and initiatives.
• Be available for 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
