Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
• Provide customer training and technical support; escalate only complex issues.
• Read drawings and manuals to guide installation and maintenance.
• Commission new systems and document start-up, testing, and handover.
• Collaborate with project and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality across projects.
