Job summary

Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc is seeking a seasoned security professional to manage and resolve complex security incidents. You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and help design preventive security measures across customer environments.

You will perform security audits, stay updated on threats, and contribute to best practices and automation efforts for incident management and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience in IT security, network security, or technical support focused on security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of security tools, protocols and incident response.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CEH/CISM are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-3 support for high-priority and complex security incidents.
• Lead investigation and resolution of critical breaches or vulnerabilities.
• Mentor and provide leadership to junior support engineers.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering to resolve issues.
• Perform security audits and assessments of customer environments.
• Develop automation for incident management and security monitoring.
