Job summary

Minuteman Security & Life Safety is seeking a Solutions Engineer III to design and configure complex security systems for enterprise deployments. You will coordinate with sales, field teams, and customers to ensure scope accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires travel to job sites, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring safe, compliant installations and successful system acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years in the Security Industry.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed designs for enterprise security projects in coordination with a team lead and other team members including sales team.
• Review scope documents with field teams and customer contacts to ensure accuracy and understanding.
• Coordinate and log required permits and AHJ inspections.
• Overnight stay and travel to remote job locations as required.
• Perform system commissioning and system acceptance.
