You will be responsible for audits, documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining high industry standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security system installation, with a strong focus on high-complexity and high-security environments.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing installation teams.
• Deep knowledge of security systems, network integration, and advanced troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of high-end security systems.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians with training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
