Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with Sales and help enterprise customers address complex security, identity, access, asset visibility, and risk challenges.

You will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, leading discovery, solution design, product demos, POVs, and customer validation activities with stakeholders across security, IT, risk, and exec teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Eng, or similar tech role.
• 5+ years customer-facing technical or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
• Strong cybersecurity, identity access, governance, and risk knowledge.
• Networking concepts including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, NAT, segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, design, and validation.
• Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos.
• Deploy and support POVs/POCs for customers.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor during evaluations and competitive scenarios.
• Develop customer-facing documentation and solution narratives.
• Lead technical training sessions on customer use cases.
• Support marketing events, conferences, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Travel as required, typically 25-50% per region.
