Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Solutions Consultant to help our ecosystem bring security, identity, access, asset visibility, exposure management, and risk solutions to enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to partner teams, leading enablement, joint solution design, demonstrations, and POV engagements that help partners sell and deliver with confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical role.
• 5+ years of customer- or partner-facing technical, pre-sales, or support experience.
• Experience supporting complex cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise platform sales cycles, ideally through a partner or channel motion.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity and access, governance and risk, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Enable partner technical teams on discovery, solution design, and demo/validation.
• Deliver joint technical demonstrations, virtual and in-person, with partner engineers.
• Support partner-led POVs/POCs with hands-on guidance.
• Lead enablement trainings and certifications for partner teams.
• Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for customer conversations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to partner teams during evaluations and executive discussions.
• Create enablement content, technical summaries, and solution narratives for partner use.
• Build and deliver partner training sessions grounded in real use cases.
• Support partner marketing events, conferences, webinars, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Product and Enablement teams to share field insight with partners.
