Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks seeks a Senior Director of Product for Threat Intelligence & Detection to lead the strategy and execution of threat intelligence, detections, and AI-driven initiatives across the product line. You will work with engineering and security research to shape a multi-year roadmap and drive high-impact security outcomes.

The role requires deep cybersecurity expertise, proven product leadership, and the ability to influence at the executive level in a fast-growing company

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, or security research.
• 10+ years of product management experience including 3+ years at director level managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of taking products from strategy to market launches with measurable results.
• Ability to speak credibly to technical and non-technical audiences about cybersecurity strategy and emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Communicate vision and roadmap for threat intelligence, detections, and AI initiatives to Leadership, PM and Engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development with rapid iteration and customer-centric innovation in security.
• Align threat intelligence and AI initiatives with long-term business goals and resource planning.
