Arctic Wolf is seeking a Senior Director of Product for Threat Intelligence & Detection to lead strategy and roadmap for threat intel and threat hunting on our Aurora Platform. You will align with executive leadership to drive high-impact security outcomes across MDR/EDR offerings.

You’ll partner with engineering, security research, and product teams to translate complex cyber threats into differentiated product capabilities and scalable initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with threat intel, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, or security research.
• 10+ years in product management with director-level experience leading cross-functional security product teams.
• Proven track record of strategy-to-market success and measurable results.
• Strong executive communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Present vision and roadmap to executives and teams; ensure strategy aligns with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to define high-level platform initiatives and AI-related efforts.
• Lead cross-functional backlog reviews and co-design to leverage security research capabilities.
• Drive strategic threat intel and detection priorities into product roadmaps and partnerships.
• Communicate complex cybersecurity problems and opportunities to stakeholders across the organization.
