Compass, Inc. is building a modern end-to-end real estate platform and seeks a security-focused engineer to protect endpoints, identities, and AI risk across a distributed all-remote team.

You will design automation, implement GitOps, and harden configurations using Terraform, Jamf Pro, Okta, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve security posture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with security automation and IaC tooling.
• Experience securing endpoints and identity in large orgs.
• Proficiency with Terraform, GitOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting in Python or Go and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure enterprise environments across SaaS, endpoints, networks and data tools.
• Strengthen endpoint security architecture and automate workloads.
• Manage GitOps workflows and IaC configurations for security.
• Collaborate on AI risk, third-party risk, and incident response.
