Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program delivery across vulnerability management, tooling, and incident response. You will coordinate multiple delivery managers and align cross-functional teams including engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety.

Responsibilities include shaping multi-year strategy, establishing operating models, tracking metrics, and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience with at least 4 years managing managers or leading multi-team orgs.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience focused on security, trust, safety, risk or compliance.
• Experience leading large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling, or incident response).
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying and mitigating delivery risks and dependencies in multi-team security workstreams.
• Ability to communicate security program status and risk to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning program priorities with company-wide security strategy and risk posture
• Establish frameworks and operating models for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across engineering and operations partners
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership to ensure coordinated delivery of cross-functional security programs
• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for executive and board-level audiences
• Build and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement in security delivery
• Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination processes, ensuring rapid mobilization and clear communication during high-severity security events
• Evaluate and improve tooling and automation strategies that support security program tracking, workflow management, and cross-team coordination
• Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning cycles, headcount discussions, and cross-organizational governance forums
