Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple security delivery managers responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security programs, spanning vulnerability management, security tooling operations, incident response readiness, and cross-functional security partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in program/project management focused on security, trust/safety, or risk/compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling, incident response).
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders.
• Ability to define delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust & safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery.
• Oversee development of delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive/board audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify gaps and drive organizational changes to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead incident response coordination and escalation processes for high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling/automation strategies to support tracking and cross-team coordination.
