Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program execution across the company, overseeing several delivery managers responsible for vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness.

You will establish the strategy for scoping, prioritizing, tracking, and delivering security work at scale with engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams aligned to Meta's objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in security programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management, tooling operations, or incident response coordination.
• Ability to define delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, policy, legal, and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning priorities with company security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting security programs across partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery.
• Oversee development and improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executives and board.
• Build and develop a team of program managers focused on accountability and continuous improvement in security delivery.
• Identify systemic gaps in program execution and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies supporting tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery operations in planning cycles and governance forums.
