Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security programs across the company, coordinating multiple delivery managers and cross-functional teams including engineering, policy, and trust and safety.

Responsibilities include defining multi-year strategy, establishing scoping and reporting frameworks, improving tooling, and driving incident response readiness to reduce risk at scale across Meta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years leading multi-team groups.
• 10+ years in program or project management focusing on security, trust, safety, or risk/compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management, tooling operations, or incident response.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Ability to define delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Excellent written communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers across vulnerability management, tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks and operating models for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for cross-functional delivery.
• Develop and improve security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive/board audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and process rigor.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination for high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling/automation strategies to support tracking, workflows, and coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning cycles and governance forums.
