Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Security Architect to shape and secure enterprise, cloud, platform, and AI-enabled technology. This role partners with engineering, security, and product teams to identify systemic risk and guide secure adoption of emerging tech, including generative AI and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in security architecture, engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of security across cloud, application, network, identity, and infra.
• Hands-on with cloud-based and containerized environments (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of IAM, PKI, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, TLS, and key management.
• Experience with secure software development, threat modeling, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AI/ML security concepts in generative AI and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and approve security architecture for enterprise, cloud, SaaS, platform, and apps.
• Lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Define security architecture for SaaS/PaaS including identity federation and data protection.
• Drive security across the software delivery lifecycle including IaC and CI/CD.
• Lead security architecture for AI-enabled systems (generative AI, LLMs, agents).
• Identify design gaps and translate into practical hardening patterns.
