Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in California is seeking a Staff Product Analyst, Product Analytics to serve as a strategic analytics lead across product and business areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, and Finance to drive monetization and growth.

You will define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and approaches for A/B testing and causal inference, mentor analysts, and influence senior stakeholders with clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product analytics, business analytics or data science.
• Proven ability to influence product strategy and decisions across teams.
• Deep experience with experimentation and measurement, including causal inference is preferred.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R, plus BI tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics thought partner to shape product strategy and KPIs.
• Lead analytics strategy for complex product areas with cross-functional teams.
• Own measurement and experimentation strategy, including A/B testing and causal inference.
• Own complex analytics initiatives end to end and translate insights into actions.
• Influence senior stakeholders with concise, data-driven narratives.
• Elevate analytics capabilities and mentor analysts across teams.
