Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an Account Manager to oversee field-level security operations, supervise Officers, and coordinate service delivery for diverse clients including Fortune 500 firms and critical facilities.

You will partner with HR for staff training, ensure contractual hours, and manage resources to meet safety, quality, and cost targets. Strong leadership, planning, and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and minimum two years of security management experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable) and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Leads security operations planning, staffing, and costing for assigned accounts.
• Coordinates training, compliance, and quality standards across sites.
• Manages client relations, meets service expectations, and delivers solutions.
• Reviews incident reports and ensures timely client communications.
• Oversees scheduling to minimize unbilled overtime and optimize costs.
• Develops post orders and operational procedures for ongoing reference.
• Oversees equipment, uniforms, and supply inventories at client sites.
• Manages a team of supervisors and hourly staff across multiple sites.
