Job summary

Walden Security seeks an Armed Account Manager for multiple regions, including Chattanooga, TN. You will supervise security officers, coordinate client services, and ensure adherence to SOPs across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include contract startup, staffing, training, and maintaining post orders while coordinating with HR. Travel may be required to meet client needs and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 2+ years of security management, or equivalent.
• MS Office, eHub preferred, plus internet programs knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR/AED/First Aid, if applicable.
• Armed license or state requirements may apply.
• Criminal background check and drug test required.
• Available to meet business needs and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security officers and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Develop service strategy and new service initiatives.
• Lead start-up of new contracts including staffing and equipment needs.
• Regularly meet clients to address needs and provide solutions.
• Manage costs, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with HR for training and policies.
• Maintain post orders and operational procedures.
• Supervise 1-5 staff and up to 100 hourly employees.
• Ensure overtime within targets and accurate reporting.
