Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an Account Manager to oversee field-level security staff and coordinate activities to maintain prescribed standards across client sites, including offices, luxury properties, distilleries, and financial institutions.

You will supervise 1–5 subordinates, train personnel to policy standards, ensure hours and costs align with contracts, and maintain post orders and client communications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years in security management or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; valid driver’s license; CPR/First Aid may apply.
• Security officer license may be required; armed license if applicable.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations plans including labor hours, costs, and service delivery.
• Contribute to development of service strategy and new services.
• Manage start-up of new contracts including staffing, materials, and training.
• Meet with clients regularly, address issues, provide security expertise, and offer solutions.
• Ensure costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Organize activities with other functions and suppliers for optimum service.
