Selby Jennings is seeking an Associate through Director-level securitized products sales role in New York to join a global bank's expanding team. You will focus on ABS and CLOs, with consideration for Agency MBS and syndicate backgrounds, owning select institutional relationships.

The role emphasizes building a dedicated book of business, cross-collaboration with trading, syndicate, and banking teams, and contributing to the growth of the securitized products franchise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of institutional fixed income sales experience.
• Experience across ABS and/or CLOs preferred; Agency MBS and securitized products syndicate backgrounds will also be considered.
• Strong institutional client relationships and ability to monetize coverage.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with the ability to take ownership of client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across sales, trading, syndicate, and banking.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients across securitized products, primarily ABS and CLOs.
• Market primary and secondary opportunities, provide trade ideas and market color, and identify opportunities to grow client activity.
• Build and expand a dedicated book of business while driving revenue across the platform.
• Partner closely with trading, syndicate, and banking teams to deliver the broader securitized products offering.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the bank's ABS, CLO, and broader structured products franchise.
