Natixis in New York seeks a Director/Executive Director, Securitized Product Salesperson to manage and grow relationships with institutional clients. The role covers CLOs, ABS, CMBS/CRE, corporate loans and bonds, plus secondary trading coverage and repo facilitation.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in securitized products sales, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and licensure (SIE, Series 7, Series 63). Strong collaboration, client leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in securitized products sales or related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently with autonomy while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and build consensus among colleagues and clients.
• Strong capacity to collaborate across departments, understanding objectives and constraints.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with a track record of quickly building trust and credibility.
• Client-first mindset with the ability to deeply understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with institutional clients across credit products.
• Engage in new-issue and secondary distribution for CLOs, ABS, CMBS/CRE, corporate loans and bonds.
• Provide dedicated secondary trading coverage for listed products.
• Facilitate repo/reverse repo transactions with clients.
• Structure and manage fund finance transactions including PESF structures.
• Coordinate and run new issue client roadshows and engagements.
