Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead multiple secured environment development projects and corporate interiors programs. You will define scope, prepare budgets, schedule activities, and coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors while ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• Experience with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projects.
• Develop detailed project budgets and schedules, including hard and soft costs.
• Provide technical support across all project phases including entitlements and permits.
• Manage teams of consultants and contractors and monitor performance.
• Maintain client relationships and drive cost savings and value engineering.
