Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA. You will manage the overall project delivery on account and support clients with capital plans and project scopes.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management preferred.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and cultivate relationships with clients.

• Develop project budget including costs analysis.
• Provide technical support and manage on-site supervision.
