Job summary

JLL is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-location projects from scope through closeout. You will manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and real estate professionals to meet stringent schedules and cost targets. The position requires 3–7 years in construction/project management, strong budgeting and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of project or construction management experience.
• 3–7 years in a project administration or accounting role.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for executive-level interactions.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel and be flexible with hours.
• Demonstrated accountability for end-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects and document weekly meetings.
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs and maintain project files.
• Coordinate activities of general contractors and relocation of functions.
• Prepare and update project status reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide weekly activity updates on Schedule, Budget, and Risk to leadership.
• Manage multiple projects across locations from inception through closeout.
• Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with work authorizations.
• Support client initiatives for process improvement and career development.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with client requirements.
