You’ll guide cross‑functional engineers from pursuit through sustainment, ensuring technical excellence, cost control, and schedule adherence. Lead secure processing software initiatives, mentor staff, and collaborate with program managers to shape winning bids and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in program execution: bidding, project planning, EVM, and risk management.
• Embedded software development experience; active Secret U.S. government clearance.
• STEM degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers from entry to senior levels.
• Collaborate across functions to integrate embedded cryptographic solutions.
• Drive pursuit activities, including bidding for new programs; ensure compliance.
• Manage staffing levels and program performance using earned value management.
