Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration in a technical development environment.
Experience in program execution, bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management.
Experienced with embedded software development.
Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Collaborate Across Functions:

Support Pursuit and Bidding Activities:

Actively participate in pursuit activities, including bidding for new programs. Contribute technical expertise and strategic insights to strengthen proposals and secure new business opportunities.

Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource requirements. Utilize earned value management techniques to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
