Job summary

A10 Networks is seeking a Senior SEC Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You will own SEC filings, equity accounting, and SOX controls, collaborating with auditors, FP&A, and leadership.

Ideal candidates have extensive public-company reporting experience, strong technical accounting skills, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with public company SEC reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Workiva, Equity Edge Online, and XBRL.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of all SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures.
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting and equity reconciliations.
• Lead SOX compliance and internal controls related to SEC reporting.
