Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• At least four years of accounting experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC Regulations S-K and S-X.
• Experience researching U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• SOX controls design, implementation and testing experience.
• Debt accounting and cash flow knowledge preferred.
• 1-2 years public accounting experience serving SEC registrants preferred.
• Strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, technical accounting, and compliance activities.
• Manage accounting and reporting of debt and deferred compensation.
• Prepare the statement of cash flows and ensure its accuracy.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Conduct technical accounting research on derivatives, stock-based comp., leases, and acquisitions.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and related processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; manage PBC requests.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc finance projects and SOX controls.
