Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
CPA designation or CPA exam completion is required.
3+ years of accounting experience with SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K) is required.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
Support the preparation of financial statements and internal/external reporting packages.
Research accounting matters and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
Analyze financial results, reconcile schedules, and investigate variances.
Coordinate with accounting, finance, and other teams to gather financial information.
Improve financial reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
