Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially ASC 718 (stock‑based compensation).
• Strong Excel skills with ability to manipulate large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own preparation and timely filing of all external financial reports.
• Research accounting and reporting guidance for public filings.
• Manage internal controls over financial reporting for SOX compliance.
• Prepare accounting memos for ad hoc transactions.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

CPA designation

8+ years of experience in financial reporting, external audit, and/or accounting at a public company

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, especially ASC 718 (stock‑based compensation)

Strong Excel skills with ability to manipulate large data sets

Familiarity with Workiva SEC reporting tool

Familiarity with equity software tools and NetSuite
