Job summary

Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth in North America. You will generate meetings with pre-identified accounts via phone, email, LinkedIn and events, partnering with Marketing, ABM and Relationship Managers.

You will mentor junior SDRs over time and help optimize outbound processes while engaging C-suite leaders and treasury executives. This hybrid role offers Houston and Chicago offices and room to grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales development or a similar B2B role.
• Proven record of generating meetings and opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Experience with CRM systems and outbound platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo preferred).
• Experience engaging treasury/finance leaders is highly valued.
• Strong cold-calling and objection-handling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute targeted outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn and events to generate new client meetings.
• Engage with senior executives within treasury and finance to uncover needs and position services.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and ABM leadership on targeted sequences for priority accounts.
• Support nurturing prospects and progressing opportunities from Introduction to SQL.
• Contribute to campaigns, events, and regional conferences to promote the Redbridge brand.
• Analyze outreach performance and drive improvements in messaging and targeting.
