Job summary

Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory seeks a proactive Business Development Executive based in Chicago or Houston to expand our U.S. Debt Advisory client base and drive revenue growth. Leverage our Broker Dealer status and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing and Sales.

You will build relationships with CFOs and treasurers, originate opportunities, and lead campaigns while coaching teammates. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling Financial or Credit or Debt advisory services to CFOs and Treasurers.
• Proven ability to initiate and convert new business with mid-size to large companies.
• Track record of six-figure+ engagements with corporate finance stakeholders.
• Ability to connect client needs to debt advisory opportunities.
• Knowledge of credit and financing solutions / debt instruments.

Responsibilities

• Convert target Debt Advisory prospects and referrals into revenue deals.
• Develop client account strategies to communicate Redbridge’s value and secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to create campaigns and content.
• Build and coach team members; sustain relationships with treasury and finance leaders.
• Engage in thought leadership at conferences and industry forums.
