This position requires at least 12 months of outbound SDR experience, handling 150+ dials daily, and a results-driven mindset. Compensation ranges from USD 100k to 250k per year with up to 125k base and a 50/50 base-to-OTE split in a fast-paced, on-site NYC setting.
