As an Senior SDET, you will shape testing strategy, drive automation across environments, and ensure non-production PHI is protected while enabling rapid iteration and reliable releases.

Qualifications

• Design or evolve a quality system that translates risk into verification strategy.
• Strong experience with modern programming languages, test frameworks, and automation architecture.
• Ability to trace failing tests across services using logs, traces, and deployment context.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the team's quality strategy and verification scope.
• Build automation architecture with frameworks, fixtures, and patterns for reliable parallel execution.
• Make test feedback actionable by controlling speed, gating, and flake discipline.
• Own synthetic data and PHI guardrails to keep non-production data safe.
