Zusammenfassung

ComPsych Corporation is seeking an SDET to own quality strategy and automation architecture for AI-powered customer-facing web and mobile experiences. You will drive test feedback loops to keep developers self-resolving failures and define PHI guardrails for safe non-production environments.

Responsibilities include setting testability standards, guiding synthetic-data strategy, and ensuring non-functional quality where risk warrants, across services and products in the United States.

• Ability to trace failing tests across services and communicate residual risk clearly to Engineering and Product.

• Set testability and non-functional quality where risk warrants.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, and wellness program.
• Salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 USD.
