Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an SDET Manager to lead Quality Engineering across the Medicare Sales & Acquisition ecosystem. You will design AI-augmented testing, migrate data and automation to AWS-native services, and drive autonomous QE with agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Development Engineering or Quality Engineering
• 2+ years leading automation strategy or engineering teams
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience testing React-based applications (component and E2E)
• Hands-on AI/GenAI tooling in testing
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow and reporting
• Ability to work East Coast business hours

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AI-augmented QA solutions and test automation
• Migrate automation frameworks and data management to AWS-native services
• Advance AI-driven QE to agent-orchestrated testing and autonomous test planning
• Translate business processes into scalable automation strategies and validation models
• Design automated SDLC pipelines with generation, analysis, and validation steps
• Establish evaluation gates and governance for AI-generated test artifacts
• Integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and enterprise platforms
• Mentor and grow a high-performing SDET team and set career paths
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant solutions
• Monitor metrics like automation coverage, cycle time, and quality
