Lead solution definition and design engagements with Sales Engineers, Client Partners, and clients.
Deliver design artifacts serving as blueprints for downstream implementation.
Ensure voice and collaboration architectures integrate with QoS over WAN/LAN/SD-WAN.
Design enterprise-wide UCaaS, Direct Routing transformations.
Provide feedback to product teams to develop repeatable solutions.
