Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Senior ScrumMaster for Fort Belvoir, VA, to lead Agile ceremonies and coach scrum teams in a high-security environment. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and extensive experience with SDLC and Agile practices.

You will facilitate planning, protect the team from distractions, and work with stakeholders to define Epics, Features, and backlog items while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with SDLC and Agile processes.
• Five years mentoring junior personnel.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings.
• Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using Agile practices.
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow Agile values.
• Monitor progress and remove obstacles.
• Facilitate sprint planning and define backlog items.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features.
• Organize demos and system testing.
