Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management for various task areas including oversight, financial reporting, and operational support. Applicants must have an active TS/SCI clearance and at least 10 years of experience in IT contract management, particularly in software development.

The successful candidate will manage contract execution, deliver reports, and ensure compliance with requirements. A Master’s degree in a related field or a Bachelor’s with extensive experience is preferred. This position is located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management across all subtask areas.
• Actively participate in meetings and discussions related to program oversight.
• Deliver a Monthly Financial Status Report (MFSR) to the COR and KO.
• Track Other Direct Costs incurred by contract personnel.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage deliverables.
