Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years leading Agile sprints.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe certification.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum & Kanban).
• Experience coaching teams in Agile/Scrum and iterative development.
• Proficiency with Agile metrics like backlog tracking, burndown, velocity, and user stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Manage engineering projects, sprint releases, timelines, requirements, and team execution.
• Guide estimation, planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve velocity.
• Communicate project status, risks, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage priorities and scope.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives via retrospectives and root cause analysis.
• Maintain project data and metrics in JIRA.
• Implement and reinforce Agile principles across the team.
• Deliver high-level project readouts to senior leadership.
