Job summary

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Agile methodologies and software development, ideally with some focus on Microsoft technologies. Candidates must have strong leadership capabilities and expertise in managing development processes.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects and evaluate requirements.
• Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel on practices and procedures.
• Five years of experience with the SDLC and Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings.
• Monitor and track project progress and performance.
• Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements.
