Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- 13+ years of professional experience; 5+ years as Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and servant leadership.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) including VTB boards.
- Proven ability to engage senior IC leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Education: Associate/Bachelor/Master/PhD with relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for ServiceNow projects, upholding Scrum practices.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Manage velocity, capacity, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Collaborate with senior IC leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation to maintain momentum.
- Provide regular status updates and performance reporting.
