Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly
• 3 years' experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban
• 5 years' experience in software development or IT system and network architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile product teams in a SAFe organization
• Provide strategic technical leadership aligning with client needs and program goals
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events
• Track Agile metrics and facilitate team velocity; remove blockers
• Supports release planning, system design and system implementation as needed
• Responsible for team performance and delivery of documented deliverables
• Prepares briefings on product status for CAC I and Government leadership
• Collaborates effectively with team members across organizations
• Documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Assists in creation of contract deliverable documentation
