Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid/Senior-level Scrum Master to support a large-scale, complex program in the Intel sector. You will facilitate one or more agile teams under SAFe, coach Scrum and Kanban practices, protect the team from scope creep, and collaborate with Product Owners and System Engineers to deliver features end-to-end.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, CSM/SSM or PMI-ACP certification, and strong proficiency with Jira or similar tools, DevOps practices, and test automation to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master on software/technical teams.
• CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or PMI-ACP or similar certification.
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, VersionOne, Rally, IBM RTC).
• Experience in large, fast-paced technical programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers on solutions.
• Coach teams in Scrum, Scrumban or Kanban and ensure agile process adherence.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies and help develop User Stories with Product Owners.
