Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide two teams in Eagan, MN with remote options. You will coach Scrum practices, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs for maximum impact.

Responsibilities include facilitating discussions, driving delivery with stakeholders, and maintaining a safe, collaborative environment. A CS/CE degree and 5+ years in Scrum/Agile are expected, with familiarity in XP/Kanban/SAFe.

Competenze

• Five years of experience in Scrum/Agile, IT, business analysis or PM.
• Two years of coaching leadership, teams or individuals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
