Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Scrum/Agile, IT, business analysis, or project management with at least 2 years coaching teams.

Aufgaben

• Coach the Scrum team and organization on agile practices, methodologies, and values.
• Partner with the Product Owner to refine the product backlog and maximize delivery impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive network product initiatives forward.
• Identify and eliminate technical and business impediments affecting team delivery.
• Assess the agile maturity of the team and provide coaching to higher levels of sustainability.
• Establish a trusting, collaborative, and safe environment that supports problem-solving.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Manage team communications to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
